Porcelain is a 6,600 square foot bath and kitchen showroom located at 3300 Monroe Avenue, in Pittsford, New York, 14618, a suburb of Rochester. The store is conveniently located close to a main highway, on a main road. There is plenty of parking, with easy access to the Porcelain showroom.

SOME FACTS ABOUT OUR HISTORY

Porcelain opened in 2004, as the first retail endeavor undertaken by Rochester Plumbing Supply, a fifth generation family-owned wholesaler that has been serving the plumbing needs of Rochester contractors and builders since 1927. The Seiffert family as a whole has been in the plumbing industry since the late 1800s.

Porcelain was the first showroom of its kind in Rochester, and has since been complimented with many competitive counterparts. The store began as a strictly bath showroom, adding Porcelain Kitchen as a full compliment to the bath line in 2007.

ABOUT OUR SHOWROOM

The Porcelain showroom is unique in its design, with twenty-five fully decorated suites, each with its own unique design style. These are updated periodically to highlight new products and feature new looks. Seven of the suites are fully functional, showcasing actual working examples of different products. They are decorated to look like they would in your home. You can actually get in the tubs, turn on the faucets and try before you buy. What you've seen in the latest design magazines, you can now see in person at the Porcelain showroom.

At the heart of the space is a stunning, one-of-a-kind ten-foot water feature, with samples of working kitchen and bar faucets all around the base; a cascade at its center; and working showerheads and rain-heads. You can actually turn on the taps, see and feel how the water flows.

Use Our Conference Room
Porcelain's wi-fi enabled conference room is available for customers, architects, builders, contractors and designers to meet while planning bath and kitchen spaces. In addition, professional organizations are welcome to hold meetings there by appointment.

Fully Functional Kitchen
Porcelain has a fully functional kitchen where events and cooking demonstrations are offered.
